Bike and Trail Run

Got out for a nice 40 minute trail run with the dog today. If the wind wasn't blowing 35 mph I would've taken the bike off the trainer and headed out doors as well. Instead I chose to stay inside and spin for 75 minutes.

Knees are still achy but I think it's from lack of stretching. Since I've been moving the last week I've found myself loosening up some. Stretches after runs and rides also help. This will be something I'll have to be continually mindful of when I start tackling that ridiculous weight workout next week.

Few more days to game time. I'm enjoying my last couple mornings of sleeping past 6 am. Soon it will be 4 am and 5 am mornings.

What are you doing taking the week off of work? How are you trail running in the middle of the day? Plenty of time to Blog when you don't have to put in the hours being Mr. PR Genius!
