With my training starting soon I figured I better start getting ready. Actually I was told to start moving.
I was supposed to get in two 10 mile runs. One last weekend and one this weekend. I got them in but I don't think they were 10 miles runs more like 8. Today I kept it aerobic and just zoned out for an hour. My fitness is still there but my body is still aching but I'm guessing that it's probably just my joints warming up for the long haul again.
This week will be more consistent with swims, runs and possibly a bike. Creeping back into it. Oh yeah and the IM World Championship was on yesterday and that's just the purest motivation you can get.
