Swim and Run

Well this week I've gotten back into the mix. I hit the pool on Tuesday for 3,000 and did some strength work afterward. It feels good to be back in the pool after taking some time off while I trained for the marathon.

Tonight I got out for a run. The first since the marathon. I've got some strange aches and pains that I've never had before and I think they are still lingering from the marathon. My buddy isn't quite yet used to taking a beating and then recovering quickly. My knee ached throughout the run but at least now I can bend it. I got out for 45 and kept the HR under 150.

Hoping to get some bike work into tomorrow. Work is tight this week but need to free the mind.
