Aerobic

Today I got out for an one hour and fifteen minute aerobic bike and followed it up with an easy 15 minute run. Felt good to keep it easy. This is my last longish workout until I get to Florida. Now it's just knocking off one workout a day and resting.

I get into Florida late Wednesday morning. I'll get in a couple easy early morning swims to calm my nerves about the swim. Couple more pool workouts and then it's all about the Gulf.
