Tonight I spent 110 mind numbing minutes on the trainer. The sun is setting too fast so this is my only option right now. The trainer is always hard. It's harder than the 4+ hour rides I did this weekend. It's just plain boring. I kept my HR in the 140 range, put my head down and kept working.
I also got in a solid swim this morning. I feel strange not running. My foot is feeling better and I want to run but I'm doing everything I can to stop myself from just bolting out the door. I know it could be disastrous. Hopefully soon.
