Today was a pretty good day. I had to ride the trainer again so that sucked but at least I got my ride in. More importantly I got in a really good swim. I decided to test my endurance and swim at my IM pace for 1 hour. It went well. I was actually surprised that I had energy at the end of an hour and ended up go an additional 10 minutes. I notice that went I start my swim, my stroke is tight but after about a half hour I loosen up stop thinking about technique and it all comes together.
Not sure on distance because I lost track somewhere after 15 minutes but I was def at a 1:30 to 1:35 100 pace the whole hour.
