Pool Closed
Got up real early this morning to get in another swim this week. Got to the pool only to find out the damn thing was closed for repairs. I didn't have my running gear so I had to return home dejected!!! Nothing more depressing than not getting in a planned workout. Hour ride on the bike tonight which looks like it will be done on the trainer with all the rain coming down.

I'll be on the trainer too tonight! That sucks when you get up early and find out the pool is closed!
