Tried to get up at 4 am for a two hour run but that just didn't happen. The time change is still killing me. So I had to do it after work. Headed out on my usual route but detoured into some hills. The legs were tight and took forever to loosen up, must be residual pain from that hilly 11 miler this weekend. I also suffered some severe gastro problems every 20 minutes I was hit with some serious shit cramps. I ran through them but it took all I had not to hit the bushes on the side of the road. Note to self no Nature Valley bars with peanut butter before heading out on a long run. The suckers just don't digest and instead just slosh around.
