Still in recovery week and getting nervous about my fitness for the marathon. The time is in the bank but it's hard just sitting and waiting. Got out for a 1.5 hour ride today and then followed it up with a 10 minute run. My knee is aching and I think it's that damn band thing kicking in. I'm massaging and icing. Next week is all about rest seriously like 20 minutes of biking, 9 minutes of running and 10 minutes of splashing around, marathon. That's going to be difficult to do, I'm going to want to go harder.
