Taper

This week begins the taper for the race and my legs are so happy. It's hard to hold back. I really feel like I need to go out and do a 10 miler but my coach has told me to follow the recover week schedule and then even dial it back more next week. It's hard for me to pull back but hopefully it will pay off in two weeks. So this week it's swim, off, bike, run, bike, run, swim. Not many hours this week.

Today's workout was a moderate swim of 2500 meters.
