Run, spin, rest

Laying low this week since it's a recovery week and trying to recover from my long run on Sunday. Ran 45 minutes on the treadmill yesterday and hit the spin class tonight but stayed away from the sprints during the class. My knee is a little achy and I think it's lasting effects from my run. It's a swim tomorrow followed by an hour bike and short run of about an hour on Sunday. Then I really move into taper. Hope the weather holds up for next weekend.
