Back at it

Time has been at a premium lately. Huge project at work that made me miss my training yesterday. I was able to get in a 45 minute ride on Tuesday and was surprised that my legs are ok. I have no lingering pain or tiredness just a bunch of low confidence issues at this point. I'm trying to focus on the positives of Timberman but I've come away feeling shitty. Regardless, I'm trying to stay focused on my training. I need to get back to the good place I was a few weeks ago.

Tonight I got out for a easy brick. 30 on the bike followed by a 35 minute run.
