Today was brutal. There's no other way to put it. It's nice to have dead legs but working out on them just hurts. Today was an SBR day. Got in 45 in the pool and then it was a brick. The bike portion was only 30 minutes, I'm guessing to loosen up the bike followed by a 1.5 hour run. The run is where the pain came in and it was bad on hills. The first 30 minutes were rough going and then there was a nice feeling stretched out point and then there was just a let's survive this thing. Surviving dark roads was another thing, damn it's getting darker faster every night.
