Same Workout Different Day

Today was a repeat of yesterday. Got in a early am swim and then got out for a run after work. I was totally not motivated to get out for the run and had to drag myself out the door. I feel tired, but once I got going I felt good and wanted to push it but really held back. Big problem right now is I think my HR monitor bit it for good. I'm not getting any transmission from my strap and I've tried everything. Sucks because I have to maintain certain zones this weekend. I have to dig up my old piece of shit Polar that's in a box somewhere. Still hoping my monitor comes around.
