Not much to say about today other than it's a typical Tuesday. Up early to hit the weights, run and swim. Legs felt better than last Tuesday which was odd considering all the work over the weekend, but they'll be beat tomorrow.
Still have a solid week of training before tapering. At least the weekend looks light compared to the last three.
