Hit the gym this morning for the dreaded weight workout. Legs are recovering really well after last weekend's race but they still have some tightness. The workout was tough as usual but not as bad as I thought. I was right back at the weight I left off before the race. Got on the bike for 15 and then ran for 33 minutes at a good pace.
