Got in a 60 minute swim after work. Got home and ran for 45 minutes. Legs were cranky at the start but then really loosened up and just let go. Felt good to move so effortlessly and hopefully that can happen in a race. Taper is weird as always. Energetic one moment, exhausted the next. A few more days of this and then it's race day.
