Brick

Well, I missed yesterday's bike. It was a short workout but too much happened at work and at home yesterday to fit it in.

This morning I got back to it and got on the bike for 75 minutes and then ran for 30. I've got a big weekend planned in terms of workouts and interested to see how it goes. Praying for no rain on Sunday.

Less than a month to go.
