Last night was a late night. Work functions and after hours conference calls. I got in my ride last night at 9 pm. So when I woke up this morning to get in my brick, it felt like I hadn't slept. It's crunch time and scheduling workouts is getting tougher but I'm managing to get them in. And when I do I'm a happy guy.
This morning was a 75 minute ride and 30 minute run. I rode to tough love and then transitioned to a 30 minute run. Legs are feeling good, sore from lifting, but not tired.
