Hit the weights today. Feeling a bit more motivation than last week. The legs are still a bit roasted from the time trial effort. Did the usual squats, box jumps, step ups and then lunges. Transitioned to a 30 minute run and held a really good pace. Need to get wet after work. Hoping the day at work is manageable.
