Got on the bike for an hour this morning and followed it up with a 30 minute run. Mixed in some pick ups on the bike and run. HR was steady today. Legs are feeling somewhat good. Leaving for the race tomorrow morning. Long ass drive ahead of me. Easy bike in the am and then I hit the road.
