Weights

Got to the gym this morning and hit the weights. Increased the weight and cut down the time in between sets. Damn, does that ever hurt. Legs are feeling the effects of the weekend. Suffered a little restless leg syndrome last night. After the weights I hit the bike for 10 and then transitioned to a run for 30 minutes. Got the pace up and settled in for a nice steady run.

Nearly a month to go and the nerves are starting to fire. I'm questioning everything and just trying to make sure I don't over do it.

One hour swim tonight.
