With the weather changing and the temps in teens, I got in my swim workout Sunday. Mixing intervals with drills and really feeling good in the water. Last year at this time I was lucky to put in 1800 yards a workout. This year I am topping out at close to 3,000 every swim.

Nice work man! Make sure you get some long runs in this week! The Marathon is right around the corner. Make sure you don't bring any of that cold arctic weather with you. It is freezing down here today, but it will be warmm and sunny in late March! Pray for warm weather!
