
Nothing better than ending the weekend with a long pool session with HEAT. Good way to work off the three fish tacos I destroyed last night too (homemade beer batter, fresh cod, cabbage and white sauce - Baja style and my specialty).

Too much to write! Whoever writes up the workouts for HEAT loves to inflict pain. This dude was gaining on me that last 4x100s on 10 sec rest.
