Today was my standard brick workout. I got in an early am swim and then raced the sun after work. I put in a really hard bike with HR holding steady at 149. Transitioned to a run after an hour and felt like I was floating. It was a crazy fast and easy run. Never had this feeling during a brick before and I felt like I could run for days. I was holding just under 7s for five miles. It was crazy since my legs were dead on yesterday's ride and run and then all day today.
