For some reason this workout never gets easier. Today was swim, weights and a run. The swim is relaxing in the am but then after work its weights and a run right after. You always feel like you're running with 10lb weights on each leg and today was no different...well it was a little easier than past Tuesday's since I missed last week's weight work. Tomorrow around noon my legs will be stiff as hell.
