The last few days have been tough. For one, I've been tired and bogged down with work. I've missed a few workouts which doesn't make me all to happy. My brain is telling me to rest and it's hard to get into the workouts. Today I hit the pool for an hour and swam hard. I actually felt really good and it's most likely because I haven't swam in about four days. I got out for an hour bike and missed my 90 minute run. Tomorrow's a new day with a new focus. Up early to get in the 90 minute run and then an two hours on the trainer. It has to be done. I'm bagging this week's sprint race and opting for a long ride on the hardest route because I need and actually crave it.
