This morning I got out for my 1.5 hour run. Can't believe the change in temp. It was about 40 at 5 am this morning and perfect weather for a long run. My legs were surprisingly good for the run and my pace was right where it needed to be.
After work I hit the pool for a great swim. I feel like I haven't been swimming too much but I've got all kinds of energy in the pool. It always seems to be the way after a long run.
