Got on the trainer after work tonight because it was pitch dark when I got home. Rode for an hour and it felt like three. Trainers suck and time stands still on these things. Warmed up for 15 and then rode aggressively for 45 minutes never letting the HR get above 145. I still have some lingering soreness from this weekend. With the rain coming it looks I'll be back on this sweat machine before the week's over.
