Got out early for my run this morning. Thought the hardest part would be waking up but it ended up getting real tough about an hour in to my 90 minute run. Legs just weren't firing and my stomach was a mess, had to be the fruit juice I pounded before heading out the door.
Hit the bike for 1.5 after work and nearly died in the heat. Sounds like I'm complaining and I am but it's just the way it's been going. Felt good getting in what I got in today.
