I couldn't wait to get in the pool to loosen up after Sunday's race. I've got some soreness behind the knees and the outside of my right foot is bruised pretty good from stomping all those downhills. Tonight the pool was therapeutic. I jumped in and decided to swim straight away for 30 minutes just focusing on being smooth and having a good stroke. Time flew by and I moved through the water with ease. It totally helped me loosen up. I got in a couple 300s after the 30 minute warm up and wrapped it all up after 45 minutes.
