Swim, Lift, Run

Today was one of those Tuesday's. I got my swim in early am. Got out of work and hit the weights. I reduced the weight some due to this weekend's work and the upcoming race. Loosened up the legs on the bike and then ran for 35 minutes. This run never gets easier. It always feels like the last three miles of a half IM.

Lift: 40

Bike: 10

Run: 35
