Ok so now I know I'm back on track. My legs are tore up. I got out for a two hour ride today and hit the hills for an hour of the ride. I had to move my 90 minute run to tomorrow morning so I made the most of my ride after work. Tomorrow will be hell but I get to warm down with a long swim after work.
