Weighty Tuesday

Back to the weights today. I never look forward to Tuesday. Got in my squats, lunges and step ups, hit the bike to loosen up and then ran for 35 minutes. Unbelievable how it really feels like a two hour run. No swim today. Ended up getting in the pool yesterday. Legs are good but the foot ached some on the run. I'm hoping this will clear up in my taper. It's just a nagging pain but noticeable.
