This morning I knocked out a brick. Rode 60 minutes on the trainer keeping the HR in the 145 range and followed it up with a 30 minute aerobic run. It felt good to run since all I feel like I've been doing is riding. Nice change.
To complete the day I need to squeeze in 45 minute swim at lunch or after work.
