Got back to it this morning. Upped the weight some from previous weeks and really worked hard. Crippling hard. This is never a pleasant day. My run following the weights was good. Maybe I'm starting to get the benefit of all the hills and biking this past weekend. Need to grab a swim after work and then get some much needed sleep. Continuing to race the clock.
