Knocked out a 1 hour and 45 minute ride on the trainer this morning. I'm starting to develop trainer/basement fatigue. Can't wait to get outside this weekend no matter how cold or bad the conditions.
The legs were beat up some after yesterday's brick. In other news signed up for the Kinetic Half. It's a super early race. May 9 feels like it's right around the corner.
