Weights

Got back to the weight work out today to kick off the week. Upped the weight from last week considerably. Now I'm feeling it through my whole body. Tomorrow ought to be interesting.

Need to knock out a swim after work.

Summary:

Weights: 45 mins (145 for squats, 120 for step ups)

Max HR: 177

Avg HR: 154

I've been following your training on your blog now for about a year. I am doing my first ironman in July and am looking for a coach or on-line training. Who are you working with, can you reccommend them?

Richard - I would highly recommend Max as well. I learned about him through Griff and started working with him this fall. I am learning a ton and confident he will have me ready for ironman CDA. Best of luck with your ironman in July!
