Got on the bike for an hour and 45 minutes this morning and the day is far from done. Tonight I have to knock out a 90 minute run mixing in 300 squats between two 5k time trials. Yeah, fun. The legs are going to be cooked tonight. These next two to three weeks are really heavy in preparation for the first race of the year.
