Got in a nice brick this morning. Jumped on the bike for an hour and then transitioned to the treadmill for 30 minutes. I was sweating like a mad man this morning. It's either from the warmer temps or I'm finally burning of this lingering cold or whatever the hell it is. Also got in a hard swim last night which felt great. Still need some more time in the pool.
