I got in today's swim last night so today I just needed to knock out a 75 minute bike. It was slow going to begin. I'm def feeling the effects of a long week of workouts. I got focused 30 minutes in and then everything was fine. With all the long runs this week and another on tap for tomorrow the legs are feeling it.
