Weights

Back to the weights this morning. Upped the weight on both the squats, step ups and lunges. Certainly had a hard time getting through the last super set. Followed that up with a 10 minute bike and 30 minute run.

Swim after work.

Summary:

Weights: 45

Weight: 165 squats; Step ups: 130

Bike: 10 mins

Run: 30 mins
