Started off the week with some pain today. Got in my weight workout. It does not get any easier from week to week. Didn't move up in weight this week but still got a really good workout. Pressed for time this morning I had to skip out on my 10 minute ride to loosen the legs after the weights so my 30 minute run was even harder. Ended my day with a 45 minute swim.
