Extra Swim

I'm mixing in some extra swims this week because I find it soothes the legs. I've been destroying them lately and nothing feels better and loosens them up like long swims. Tonight I got in the pool after a tough trainer workout this morning. I just swam for 45 minutes straight.

Dude! I don't think anything loosens up the legs. Mine are hurting today and that lifting almost killed me tonight. Maybe I need to start doing Yoga again. But I am happy you are finding a productive way to relax them...
